CIO \u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u63a1\u7528\u6b64\u6a21\u578b\u610f\u5473\u8457\u5c07\u95dc\u6ce8\u9ede\u5f9e\u5c08\u6848\u4ea4\u4ed8\u8f49\u5411\u6210\u679c\u5be6\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6838\u5fc3\u5728\u65bc\u5340\u5206\u63a8\u52d5\u8b8a\u9769\u7684\u884c\u52d5\u8005\u3001\u4ed6\u5011\u5e0c\u671b\u9054\u6210\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7528\u4f86\u8861\u91cf\u6210\u529f\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5340\u5206\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u901a\u5e38\uff0cIT \u5718\u968a\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u662f\u8f38\u51fa\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u300c\u90e8\u7f72\u4e86\u4f3a\u670d\u5668\u300d\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u6210\u679c\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u300c\u5ef6\u9072\u964d\u4f4e \u4f86\u8aaa\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u884c\u52d5\u8005\uff1a<\/strong> \u53c3\u8207\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u6216\u7d44\u7e54\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1aCIO\u3001\u958b\u767c\u5718\u968a\u3001\u5229\u5bb3\u95dc\u4fc2\u4eba\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong> \u53ef\u8861\u91cf\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u69cb\u6210<\/h2>\n<p>\u5b9a\u7fa9\u76ee\u6a19\u4e26\u975e\u50c5\u50c5\u8a2d\u5b9a\u4e00\u500b\u76ee\u6a19\uff1b\u800c\u662f\u8981\u5b9a\u7fa9\u80fd\u8b49\u660e\u76ee\u6a19\u9054\u6210\u7684\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u5728 BMM \u7684\u8108\u7d61\u4e2d\uff0c\u76ee\u6a19\u5fc5\u9808\u80fd\u8ffd\u6eaf\u81f3\u4e00\u500b\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u82e5 CIO \u5c07IT\u7b56\u7565\u8207\u696d\u52d9\u76ee\u6a19\u5c0d\u9f4a<\/h2>\n<p>CIO\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8077\u80fd\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u5c0d\u9f4a\u3002\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u670d\u52d9\u696d\u52d9\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u76f8\u53cd\u3002\u5546\u696d\u52d5\u6a5f\u6a21\u578b\u900f\u904e\u5efa\u7acb\u4f9d\u8cf4\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u8996\u89ba\u5316\u8207\u908f\u8f2f\u5716\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u6b64\u5c0d\u9f4a\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>1. \u5fc5\u9808\u7406\u89e3\u95dc\u9375\u76ee\u6a19\u6307\u6a19\uff08KGI\uff09\u8207\u95dc\u9375\u7e3e\u6548\u6307\u6a19\uff08KPI\uff09\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u3002\u6df7\u6dc6\u9019\u5169\u8005\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u6fc0\u52f5\u63aa\u65bd\u932f\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>KGI\uff08\u95dc\u9375\u76ee\u6a19\u6307\u6a19\uff09\uff1a<\/strong>\u9019\u7528\u4f86\u8861\u91cf\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u9054\u6210\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u4ee5\u7d50\u679c\u70ba\u5c0e\u5411\u3002\u82e5\u76ee\u6a19\u70ba\u300c\u589e\u52a0\u6536\u5165\u300d\uff0c\u5247 KGI \u5373\u70ba\u5be6\u969b\u7684\u6536\u5165\u6578\u5b57\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>KPI\uff08\u95dc\u9375\u7e3e\u6548\u6307\u6a19\uff09\uff1a<\/strong>\u9019\u7528\u4f86\u8861\u91cf\u9054\u6210\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u4ee5\u6d3b\u52d5\u70ba\u5c0e\u5411\u3002\u82e5\u76ee\u6a19\u70ba\u300c\u589e\u52a0\u6536\u5165\u300d\uff0cKPI \u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u300c\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u92b7\u552e\u96fb\u8a71\u6578\u300d\u6216\u300c\u7db2\u7ad9\u6d41\u91cf\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728 IT \u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0cCIO \u5fc5\u9808\u540c\u6642\u8ffd\u8e64\u5169\u8005\u3002KPI \u53ef\u80fd\u986f\u793a\u5718\u968a\u6b63\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u5de5\u4f5c\uff08\u9ad8\u6d3b\u52d5\u91cf\uff09\uff0c\u4f46 KGI \u5247\u986f\u793a\u696d\u52d9\u50f9\u503c\u4e26\u672a\u5be6\u73fe\uff08\u4f4e\u6210\u679c\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u8868\u683c\uff1a\u5340\u5206 IT \u4e2d\u7684 KGI \u8207 \u5fc5\u9808\u8207\u90e8\u9580\u4e3b\u7ba1\u9762\u8ac7\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u75db\u9ede\u8207\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u9019\u78ba\u4fdd\u4e86 IT
