\u2699\ufe0f<\/h2>\n<p>\u51b2\u7a81\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u8d1f\u9762\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4f46\u5728Scrum\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002Scrum\u6307\u5357\u5f3a\u8c03\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u548c\u68c0\u67e5\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u652f\u67f1\u8981\u6c42\u95ee\u9898\u5fc5\u987b\u53ef\u89c1\u3002\u5982\u679c\u56e2\u961f\u56de\u907f\u51b2\u7a81\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u63a9\u76d6\u6280\u672f\u503a\u52a1\u6216\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u671f\u671b\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u4efb\u52a1\u51b2\u7a81\uff1a<\/strong> \ud83e\udd1d<\/h2>\n<p>Scrum\u4e3b\u7ba1\u626e\u6f14\u7740\u670d\u52a1\u578b\u9886\u5bfc\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u8fd9\u5e76\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6ca1\u6709\u89c2\u70b9\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5c06\u56e2\u961f\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u7f6e\u4e8e\u4e2a\u4eba\u6743\u5a01\u4e4b\u4e0a\u3002\u504f\u8892\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u4f1a\u7834\u574f\u4fe1\u4efb\u3002\u5982\u679cScrum\u4e3b\u7ba1\u504f\u8892\u67d0\u4f4d\u5f00\u53d1\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u56e2\u961f\u7684\u534f\u4f5c\u6c1b\u56f4\u5c31\u4f1a\u8f6c\u53d8\u4e3a\u7b49\u7ea7\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4fdd\u6301\u4e2d\u7acb\u7684\u5173\u952e\u539f\u5219\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5f15\u5bfc\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u51b3\u7b56\uff1a<\/strong>
